Richard A. Kraemer has served as a member of our board of trustees since our formation as a REIT. Mr. Kraemer is Chairman of the board of directors of Saxon Capital, Inc., a mortgage REIT, and a director of Urban Financial, positions which he has held since 2001. From 1996 to 1999, he was Vice Chairman of Republic New York Corporation, a publicly traded bank holding company. From 1993 to 1996, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brooklyn Bancorp, the publicly traded holding company for Crossland Federal Savings Bank. |
