Mr. Packer joined the Company in 1992 and became President of ZOLL in 1996, a position he held until Mr. Rennert�s recent appointment. During 1996, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and acted as interim Vice President of North American Sales. From 1992 to 1995 he served as the Company's Vice President of Operations. Prior to 1992, he was Vice President of various functions at Whistler Corporation, a consumer electronics company. Mr. Packer holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, as well as engineering degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |
