R. A. (Rich) Pattarozzi was elected to the Board of Directors on February 16 2000. Mr. Pattarozzi is the former Vice President of Shell Offshore Inc. Rich was born in LaSalle Illinois and is a graduate of the University of Illinois in 1966 with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. Following graduation he joined Shell Oil Company's offshore engineering organization in New Orleans. Rich was appointed President and CEO of Shell Deepwater Development Inc. and Shell Deepwater Production Inc. in December 1996.
Rich is active in several community and civic organizations. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the United Way of New Orleans and is a member of the Board of the Offshore Energy Center in Galveston Texas. |
