Richard Verner serves as counsel to the Intellectual Property Group and Litigation Department of our New York office. He handles a wide range of intellectual property matters on a worldwide basis, including trademark and copyright prosecution, licensing and related litigation. Mr. Verner also helps clients establish and maintain anti-counterfeiting programs to protect their valuable intellectual property rights and goodwill. Mr. Verner has worked extensively with clients in the sports, entertainment and marketing fields to protect their intellectual property rights utilizing cost-effective enforcement mechanisms and to exploit these rights through development and administration of domestic and international licensing programs.
