Richard C. Huettel is a partner in the firm�s Chicago office and concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability, medical malpractice, municipal liability and professional liability. Mr. Huettel represents self-insured, as well as traditionally insured clients. He has extensive experience in representing hospitals, health care plans and other affiliated health care providers. Mr. Huettel has also been retained by corporations and other businesses to represent their interests in investigation in addition to pending lawsuits. He has served as both first and co-chair at trials and has represented clients in numerous matters that have been resolved prior to trial. Mr. Huettel is co-author of articles published by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE): Jurisdiction of the Subject Matter (1987-1996); Organization of Courts, Supplement (1997); The Law and Where You Find It: Statutory and Case Law, Supplement (1997).
