Richard C. Ill, President and CEO, Triumph Group, Inc. headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania is a graduate of Lafayette College, Drexel University, MBA, and the Stanford Executive Program. He served as a Captain in the U. S. Army, 1965-1968. Mr. Ill joined Alco Standard Corporation, 1968 - 1993 progressing in the following positions: Metalsource Corporation, Group Vice President, 1973-1983; Triumph Industries, President, 1976-1983; Metalsource Corporation, President 1983-1987; Triumph Group, President, 1988-1993; Alco Standard Corporation, Vice President, 1989-1993. In 1993 Mr. Ill led a successful management buyout of Triumph Group, Inc., where he now serves as President & CEO and a board director. Mr. Ill is a member of the Advisory Board, Outward Bound USA; the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association, as well as the Board of Directors of P. H. Glatfelter and Denman and Davis, Inc. |
