Mr. Magnuson has been a director since 1990. Since 1997, Mr. Magnuson has served as Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of BioMedix, Inc., a medical device company. From 1995 to 1997 he operated his own management consulting firm, Operating Management, Inc. Mr. Magnuson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ISS from 1991 to 1995 and as Vice President and Secretary during 1995. From 1988 to 1990, Mr. Magnuson worked with ISS as a private consultant. Mr. Magnuson is chairman of the audit committee and a member of the nominating committee. |
