Richard Meisenheimer brother of Commissioner Daniel Meisenheimer III serves as the USBL's Vice-President of Finance. Meisenheimer a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics has been actively involved in the League since its inception.
Meisenheimer serves as the President of Spectrum Associates Inc. He has worked at the corporation for 25 years. He is also a member of the Corporation's Board of Directors. Spectrum is a research development and manufacturing company engaged in the production of diversified aerospace instruments since 1957. The company has produced numerous items vital to the national defense industry including precision parts for many helicopters utilized in 1991's Operation Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf.
Meisenheimer?s experiences with Spectrum and with the USBL include financing facilities location and interfacing with corporate attorneys. He also has negotiated Spectrum?s defense contracts and lines of credit with area banks for the company?s operations.
