Mr. Crotteau has represented developers in connection with: office buildings; industrial buildings; retail space; golf course recreational properties; large subdivisions with homeowner's associations; townhome developments; and build to suit projects for credit tenants. He represented a hospital in a joint venture of two office buildings, including the negotiation and documentation process and the development of both a master lease and the office space leases. He also represents lenders in connection with various types of commercial real estate loans. Mr. Crotteau serves as lead counsel to several health care clients requiring on-going advice on managed care agreements, employment agreements, leasing equipment, and overall business counsel. He represents general business clients and e-commerce and technology businesses.
