Richard D. Klaber is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of General Liability, Products Liability, Railroad Litigation, FELA, Municipal Liability, Civil Rights, Insurance Coverage, and Bad Faith Litigation. Mr. Klaber is a member of the Pennsylvania, Allegheny County, West Virginia, Ohio County, and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Appellate Courts of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Fourth Circuit, United States Tax Court, Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, and United States District Courts in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is also a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Defense Research Institute, International Association of Defense Counsel, and National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. Mr. Klaber graduated from Bucknell University in 1955 with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh in 1961. He served in the U.S. Army as a lieutenant from 1956-1958. |
