Richard E. Van Camp is currently a partner and core technology global director responsible for directing technical consultants in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of training and non-training solutions. Prior to this position, he managed Kepner-Tregoe�s process industries and information technology practices. His consulting clients include ExxonMobil, Syncrude, Sun Microsystems, NOKIA, and Hewlett-Packard.
Prior to joining KT, Rich worked for Pacific Bell as a curriculum manager for performance management. His responsibilities included improving problem-solving and decision-making systems and serving as an internal consultant. He worked extensively with engineering and marketing groups to design and implement environmental solutions for human performance problems created by deregulation.
As a Peace Corps volunteer in Lesotho, Southern Africa, Rich was an intern supervisor. His responsibilities included supervising 20 teachers at remote field locations and developing and delivering training skills workshops at the National Teacher Training College campus.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a California Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from San Jose State University. |
