Richard J. Decker is the chief information officer for McAfee, Inc. Decker is responsible for the worldwide management and implementation of the company�s information technology and infrastructure.
Prior to joining McAfee, Decker was chief information officer for seven years at Mentor Graphics, an electronic design automation software company. Previously, Decker was chief information officer for Measurex business unit at Honeywell, a process control company, and at Foster Farms, a consumer food products company, from 1994 to 1997. Decker also served for six years as the vice president of MIS/CIO at Micropolis Corporation, a disk drive firm, and held senior level IT positions at Pepsi-Cola and Automatic Data Processing.
Decker received an M.S. and a bachelor of science in computer science, both from Stevens Institute of Technology.
