Richard J. Nigon is Managing Director of Private Placements at Stifel Nicolaus. Prior to Stifel Nicolaus, Mr. Nigon served as Director of Equity Corporate Finance for MJSK, an investment banking firm. MJSK, Inc. has acted as our sales agent for three prior private placement offerings of the Company. He has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Dantis, Inc., a web hosting company and held a number of positions with international accounting firm Ernst & Young, LLP from 1970 to 2000. While at Ernst & Young, he served as head of the Minneapolis/St. Paul entrepreneurial services group. In addition to serving as a board member and audit committee chair of Transoma Medical, Mr. Nigon serves as a director of Restore Medical, Inc. and Vascular Solutions, Inc. |
