Richard J. Rubin is a 1955 graduate of Union College (B.A.) and received his law degree from Syracuse University College Of Law in 1958. He practiced in White Plains, New York for three years doing general litigation and, from 1962 through 1981 was an associate and then a partner in the well known litigation firm of Gainsburg, Gottlieb Levitan & Cole where he prosecuted and defended corporate and commercial cases, as well as several high profile securities actions. In 1982 he became a member of Otterbourg Steindler Houston & Rosen, P.C., a nationally recognized bankruptcy firm where, until July, 1998, he tried major cases within the bankruptcy and creditors� rights arenas. He has now joined the firm of counsel and will continue his practice in corporate, commercial and bankruptcy litigation. |
