Rick Shallcross is the Chief Financial Officer Western Group of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA, the nation�s leading provider of healthcare services and responsible for HCA�s operations west of the Mississippi River, which currently include 90 hospitals and annual net revenues of approximately $12 billion.
Shallcross began his career with HCA in 1995 when the company acquired Rose Healthcare System in Denver where he was CFO. He then became Vice President of Finance and Managed Care for our six-hospital Colorado Division. In 1996 he moved to the Utah/Idaho Division as CFO, and in 1997 he returned to Denver as CFO of the Continental Division (12 hospitals in three states). Prior to joining Rose Healthcare System, he was an audit manager for Arthur Andersen.
Shallcross is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor�s in accounting from the University of Denver. He and his wife Kim reside in Nashville with their two sons. His birthday is October 16, 1958 |
