Rick joined Executive Sounding Board (ESB) in 1999 after 26 years of management experience in the commercial real estate development industry. While he was Vice President and a Board member of McCormick Properties, Inc., he guided the development of two million square feet of office and industrial properties. He was also the general manager of the operating properties division. Later, as Senior Vice President of Constellation Real Estate, Inc., Rick directed marketing, leasing, sales, and property management of shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, and land. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Gilman School and as Chairman of Annual Giving. Rick served on the Board of Directors of Mosaic Community Services, Inc., an affiliate of Sheppard Pratt Health System. He is also a member of the Building Committee of GBMC Healthcare, Inc., and was a Board member and Treasurer of Sandalwood, Inc., a 384-unit investor-owned apartment community. Rick earned a BA (cum laude) in economics at Washington & Lee University, and received his MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. |
