Dick Goll, resident attorney in the Wilmington, Delaware office, focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration, small business formation, commercial and real estate litigation, as well as personal injury litigation. Before entering private practice, Mr. Goll worked as attorney for a national insurance company and for a national healthcare insurer as its sole attorney in Delaware. Mr. Goll is a member of the Delaware Bar Association and has served on the boards of numerous educational, civil and religious organizations. He is the author of "Legal Issues in Purchasing Homes and Commercial Property" and "Salaried Attorneys with Insurance Companies." He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.
