Mr. Ferrell is an associate in the Business Restructuring and Creditor Rights Practice of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Mr. Ferrell is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. He received his undergraduate degree from High Point University in North Carolina and his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law, where he served as a published member of the editorial board of the Akron Law Review and the Akron Tax Journal. Mr. Ferrell focuses his practice on complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, loan restructurings and work-outs for distressed businesses and insolvencies, Article 9 dispositions and debtor and creditor rights including representation of corporate debtors, creditors committees, secured and DIP lenders, commercial real estate and equipment lessors and various trade creditors. He's admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, U.S. District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Mr. Ferrell is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association and the Tri-State Association for Corporate Renewal. |
