Richard L. Leza joined the Company in October 2005 as a Director and was elected our Chairman of the Board in September 2006. In February 2007 he was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer and President and served in this capacity through August 25 2007. He is the founder Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AI Research Corporation since 1988. From 1998 to 2001 he was the Co-Founder Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CastaLink Inc. Prior to 1998 he held similar positions at NucleoTech Corporation and RMC Group Inc. He is a Board member of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Counsel and the New Mexico State University Foundation. Mr. Leza earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Engineering from New Mexico State University. |
