Richard has a long and successful history working with amorphous silicon technology, which includes over 20 years experience. He is the author of over 50 papers, including several invited papers on amorphous silicon 2D image sensor arrays and is also the holder of fourteen US patents. Richard is also responsible for overseeing the design, process, and test engineering areas. Richard holds a Ph.D. and MS in Applied Physics and a B.S. In Physics. Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) was the start of Richards career, where he was a member of the research staff and later an area manager, responsible for developing an integrated amorphous Silicon thin-film transistor/photodiode process for large area electronics and device research associated with amorphous and poly silicon. |
