Richard P. Stitt is a registered patent attorney whose practice includes the medical and biochemical areas, software and mechanical inventions and intellectual property, litigation and licensing.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Stitt was a research scientist for the University of Kansas working in biochemistry, toxicology and medicinal chemistry. Mr. Stitt's intellectual property practice has encompassed prosecution of patents and trademarks in all commercially significant countries of the world, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.
