Richard P. (Mike) Schneider, senior vice president of global administration, is responsible for developing and implementing human resources programs and policies.
He joined Tenneco Automotive in 1994 as vice president, human resources, following a 20 year career with International Paper, where he held key positions in labor relations, management development, personnel administration and equal employment opportunity.
Mr. Schneider holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of South Alabama. |
