Dr. Wishner has been a Director of TSG since 1997. Dr. Wishner supports private industry and government as a senior consultant. His fields of specialization include business management, technology development and management, systems analysis, and information processing. He has led teams that have built products, developed custom systems, and performed leading research and development. Dr. Wishner is currently the Director of the Information Exploitation Office (IXO) of the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency (DARPA). IXO is the primary focal point within DARPA responsible for technology and applications development in finding, identifying and destroying land threat targets. IXO is involved with Sensors, Exploitation, Command and Control and Information Integration Technologies. Dr. Wishner is the former Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Decision Systems, which spun out Verity, a software product company. He has served on numerous U.S. Government committees.

Dr. Wishner holds a BSEE, a M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
