Richard R. Johnson concentrates on litigation of complex insurance coverage disputes, involving various types of insurance policies, including directors� & officers� liability policies, professional errors and omissions policies, fiduciary liability policies, financial services liability policies, insurance services liability policies, employment practices liability policies and employment-related discrimination coverages. Mr. Johnson also focuses on securities-related litigation, including the monitoring of securities class actions and shareholder derivative lawsuits, S.E.C. enforcement actions, complex business disputes and civil actions involving auditors and accountants.
