Richard S. Cleary Member-in-Charge - Louisville Office
Rich is Member in Charge of the Louisville office, having served as Chairman of the Labor and Employment Group from the early 90s through 2006. He represents employers exclusively. Rich's practice includes collective bargaining, the litigation of labor claims before the courts, the National Labor Relations Board and arbitral forums, the defense of employment and wage/hour actions, and counseling concerning the labor and employment law implications of corporate restructuring.
