Richard Ward joined Kenyon & Kenyon as an associate in April of 2006 after working as a summer associate in 2005. Prior to joining Kenyon & Kenyon, Mr. Ward served for over three years as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. At the USPTO, Mr. Ward examined patent applications in numerous technical areas, including membrane filtration, chromatography, ion exchange, materials, water treatment, biological separations, agitation, and centrifugal separators. Mr. Ward�s current practice primarily involves litigation and counseling in a variety of subject areas, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, mechanical devices, telecommunications, and the internet. His practice also covers trademark and copyright litigation, as well as patent prosecution.
