Mr. Egan, age 42, has served as a director and Chief Executive Officer since May 2000. Mr. Egan joined the Company in 1995 and served as National Account Manager until July 1996 at which time he was appointed Regional Sales Director. From 1998 to 1999, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales. His extensive experience in providing software solutions to a variety of industries led to his appointment as President of Simtrol in 1999. Mr. Egan has over 20 years of experience in software sales and management. His prior experience includes successfully meeting the challenges associated with start-up companies in the software industry. Mr. Egan is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in industrial and systems engineering. |
