Mr. Arnold joined the Company as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy in September 2006 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in November 2006. Prior to joining Phoenix, Arnold served on the board of Intellisync Corporation as chairman of both the Audit Committee and the Special Strategy Committee which oversaw the sale of Intellisync to Nokia. Previously, Arnold served as a founding partner of Committed Capital Pty Ltd, a private equity investment company based in Sydney, Australia, and before that as Executive Director of Consolidated Press Holdings, also an Australian private investment company. Between 1990 and 1999 Arnold served as Managing Director of TD Waterhouse Australia, a securities dealer; as Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Decisions and Systems, Inc. an application software company; and as Managing Director of Eagleroo Pty Ltd, a corporate advisor company. From 1977 to 1990 Rich was a senior executive at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., serving as Assistant to the President for three years, CFO for five years, EVP-Service Delivery for two years and EVP-Corporate Development and Strategic Planning for three years. Arnold is a graduate of Stanford University, the Executive Program in Finance at Stanford's Graduate School of Business and the NYSE and NASDAQ sponsored Director's College. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Corporate Directors and has been an Allied Member of the New York Stock Exchange and both a Registered Principal and a Registered Financial and Operations Principal of the NASD.
