Rich Baldwin is an associate in the firm's Litigation department. His practice focuses on bankruptcy litigation, representing debtors, creditors and creditors' committees in all stages of bankruptcy proceedings. Rich also represents clients involved in complex environmental matters.
In addition to his commercial litigation work, Rich maintains an active pro bono practice. He represents tenants in eviction cases and related housing disputes. He also represents clients in domestic violence cases.
Before joining Foley Hoag LLP, Rich interned in the Appellate Court Branch of the National Labor Relations Board and in the Felony Division of the Rhode Island Office of the Public Defender. Prior to law school, Rich spent four years practicing public relations, where he planned communications campaigns and provided media relations services to more than two dozen technology companies.
