Mr. Barbieri has been a director since 1978. From 1994 until December 2003, he served as our full-time General Counsel, first as Vice President, then Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President. From 1978 to 1995, Mr. Barbieri served as legal counsel and Secretary, during which time he was first engaged in the private practice of law at Edwards and Barbieri, a Seattle law firm, and then at Riddell Williams P.S., a Seattle law firm, where he chaired the firm's real estate practice group. Mr. Barbieri has also served as chairman of various committees of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County (Washington) Bar Association, and as a member of the governing board of the King County bar association. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Citizens' Advisory Committee to the Major League Baseball Stadium Public Facilities District in Seattle in 1996 and 1997. |
