Background: Rich is a shareholder in Hale Lane Peek Dennison and Howard, a Professional Corporation, and practices primarily in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and general business law.Experience Since his admission to the Nevada Bar in 1969, Rich has represented a diverse clientele, including family businesses, publicly traded corporations, banks and other financial institutions. Rich has also lectured and given presentations within the business community on various subjects ranging from purchases and sales of business to general corporate law. Education and Professional Affiliations Rich received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nevada (1966) and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law (1969). He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada (Business Law Section) and the American Bar Association (Business Law Section).
