As director of tenant coordination, Mr. Brigstocke is responsible for SBERs new retail development projects along the east coast. He serves as liaison to building owners and retail tenants, while supporting the corporate development, operations, and leasing departments. Mr. Brigstocke joined SBER as general manager of The Can Company, a 210,000 square foot mixed-use complex, and The Munsey Building, overseeing the final development and construction phases for the conversion of the 89 year-old building into 146 apartments. Prior to joining SBER, Mr. Brigstocke was a real estate manager with CB/Richard Ellis, responsible for the direct management of ten commercial office and industrial facilities totaling 750,000 square feet. He was also a building manager with Insignia/Barnes Morris, managing three Class A commercial office buildings in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. Before that, he was the property manager of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore, where he managed all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Washington embassy and nine Singapore-owned properties. Mr. Brigstocke earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management marketing from Towson University, an Advanced Certification in commercial real estate management from Johns Hopkins University, and a Masters of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. He is a former board member of Rosslyn Renaissance and a current board member of the Hampton National Historic Site. |
