Mr. Butler joined the Company in November 2004 and brings over 13 years of healthcare experience to the company. Mr. Butler has an extensive background in operations, billing and reimbursement, and corporate healthcare laws. Additionally, Mr. Butler sits on several governmental advisory boards. Before joining LogiMedix, Mr. Butler was Vice President of Reimbursement for MP TotalCare, Inc. Mr. Butler also the held the positions of Corporate Compliance Officer and Vice President of Operations during his tenure with MP TotalCare. Previously, Mr. Butler was a Regional Manager for Apria Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: AHG). Prior to Apria, Mr. Butler worked for Lincare, Inc. (NYSE: LNCR) where he held positions in the acquisitions group, branch operations, respiratory pharmacy operations, infusion pharmacy operations and Corporate Compliance Officer. Mr. Butler started his career with Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina in its Medicare Part B Parenteral and Enteral Unit as well as Palmetto GBA Region C DMERC. Mr. Butler holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration, from the University of South Carolina. |
