Richard Carson joined LOPEZGARCIA GROUP in 2004 as a Program Manager. Over the past 33 years, Richard has developed long-term relationships with several leading A/E firms. These associations have been instrumental in the continuing development of LOPEZGARCIA GROUP's private, educational and municipal sectors. Richard serves as the Project Manager for the 23-story One Arts Plaza multi-use building, currently under construction in the Dallas Arts District and will lead the hydrology/hydraulic efforts on the Trinity Lakes project. Richard received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Texas Society of Professional Land Surveyors. |
