Richard Citarella has 18+ years of experience recruiting senior executives in industries including manufacturing, financial services, technology, energy and professional services.

Prior to joining Fiderion in 2007, he was a managing director-business operations and member of the executive committee at Edward W. Kelley & Partners, a global retained search firm which acquired A.T. Kearney Executive Search in 2006. While at A.T. Kearney Executive Search, he held various positions including Atlanta office manager and co-head of the industry practice. His last role was as a managing partner-global practice management and a member of the senior leadership team. Previously, he spent over 17 years with the Chase Manhattan Bank, NA where his last position was as a division executive in the Middle-Market Corporate Banking Group. His additional assignments included key positions in Chase�s corporate and international banking groups, its leasing subsidiary and several product areas.

He earned a MBA degree at Long Island University and a bachelor�s degree in finance at Georgetown University.
