In his position as Board Chairman and Vice President of Strategic Planning for GCRH, Dolinski provides business leadership and direction from an inside-the-industry perspective. His role with GCRH includes initiating external alliance relationships and providing counsel on operations, strategies to market, and financial resourcing. In addition to his role with GCRH, Dolinski is also President of The Legacy Center for Student Success. Prior to The Legacy Center, Dolinski was Vice Chairman of Omni Tech International, LTD, and President of Dolinski Associates. Dolinski retired from The Dow Chemical Company in 1998 as its Vice President of Human Resources, after successfully implementing Dow�s People Success System. During his career at Dow, Dolinski served in many capacities, including Vice President of the Dow Global Automotive Business where he launched and successfully established Dow�s first fully integrated global organization to serve the automotive market. He also served as Dow�s Commercial Director for the Global Brine Products Business, Director for the Inorganic Central Research Function, and Director for Research and Development for Dow Asia Pacific (based in Japan). Dolinski began his Dow career as a Research Scientist and held other various positions in manufacturing, sales, and marketing. Dolinski currently serves on a number of corporate foundations and education-related boards. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Organic Chemistry, from the University of Detroit. |
