Rick Glomb has been a retail innovator in the photo processing industry for more than 25 years. Before joining Lucidiom in early 2005 to lead the company's product and marketing development, he was the manager of Eckerd's Corporate Photo Department for 11 years, where he oversaw the operations of the chain's photo departments at more than 2000 outlets. While at Eckerd, he authored training textbooks and other procedural materials for photo operations, trained frontline management and developed web-based online learning tools.
Previous to Eckerd, Rick was a technical sales representative for Noritsu America Inc. and a western area franchise technical manager for MotoPhoto Inc. Rick graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. |
