Richard Gorman joined Bay as Venture Partner. Most recently, Richard was Senior Vice President of Products with Siebel Systems, where he drove product direction, strategy, and execution for over $1 billion in products, and integrated and managed five acquisitions of innovative software companies. He also served in senior management roles at Apple Computer, Sun Microsystems and Borland. Richard has been involved in a number of startups, including Ansa Software (developers of Paradox), which was acquired by Borland.
