On November 1, 2005, Richard Green took over as CEO. Mr. Green specializes in improving profitability, operations and systems by applying unique skills in the areas of problem solving, business process re-engineering, automation and system development and integration for retail environments. In addition, he has extensive experience with merger, acquisition and spin-off activities including development, operations, and supply chain consolidations. He has over 25 years experience in the Retail Industry, Supply/Demand Chain Solutions, and ERP Transformation. He developed the IS strategy and business process re-engineering for a $5 billion drug store chain merger. He selected, developed, project managed and implemented the core business modules for the same: financial, payroll/human resources, pharmacy, and warehousing/distribution store systems, merchandising, and purchasing. |
