Richard is an entrepreneur and a leader in core banking systems technology. He co-founded BKW (sold to Eastpoint then OSI), was responsible for the architecture, development, and rollouts of their integrated banking system to 50 US based banks. For Sanchez Computer Associates (sold to FIS) he led the team to internationalize their core banking system, opening up the international market for the product. Richard lived and worked overseas, establishing the Asian region for Sanchez, then running the 30M International Division out of Amsterdam (responsible for all business activities, including account management, customer service and implementation). Richard was hired by FTG to reinvent its business. Based on their excellent design and reputation, he led the redeployment of the Companys tightly integrated products to an "open architecture", and sold and installed the initial customers. This opened up the potential market for FTGs products to all financial institutions. Based on the market potential, he structured the organization to be prepared to professionally support growth. |
