Richard John has over 20 years of experience in enterprise leadership, commercial lending and financial consulting. During Richard�s career he has handled projects covering strategic planning, forecasting, cash management, creditor relationships, information management, crisis management and asset recovery situations involving bankruptcy, dissolution, and liquidation. He currently serves in the role of Focus Management Group�s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Focus Management Group, Richard served as CFO of a nationwide logistics services company where he was instrumental in creating and implementing an integrated ERM platform that yielded significant cost efficiency improvements. He also served as CFO of a Florida-based technology company where he combined capital and cash flow management with growth strategy analysis and market channel development. Previously, Richard served in a variety of management roles with Lloyds Bank and Whirlpool Financial. His accomplishments include driving the development of a Mid-west middle market commercial lending practice, establishing a pan-European commercial lending and receivable factoring business, and serving as a senior instructor at a management training institution providing training and evaluation of senior management on behalf of a global organization. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography & Economics from Manchester University, UK. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. |
