Richard Leonardo joined FAIRPAY Solutions, a leading provider of specialty bill review services, in 2003 as General Manager, Workers' Compensation. In August 2007, FAIRPAY appointed Mr. Leonardo as President. Under his leadership, FAIRPAY successfully doubled revenue in his first two years with the company and has grown to serve more than 100 direct and 750 indirect clients across the country. Leveraging more than 20 years of leadership and consulting expertise to listen to the needs of clients and prospects, Mr. Leonardo oversees the ongoing evolution of FAIRPAY's cost containment solutions. Under his leadership, FAIRPAY's experienced team of healthcare and insurance professionals works tirelessly to help clients find the fair cost of healthcare and achieve significant medical cost savings. Prior to his tenure with FAIRPAY, Mr. Leonardo directed regional sales, account management and claims teams for a division of Marsh, the world's leading risk and insurance services firm. In just under two years, he built a cohesive, accomplished team and successfully grew revenue more than 30%. While at ActionSystems, a software and consulting firm, Mr. Leonardo led the growth of their consultative sales practice from six to 25 sales consultants while increasing revenue from $2 million to $28 million over a five year period. He eventually managed one-third of the business as Executive Vice President of Professional Services. Mr. Leonardo holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in organizational behavior from Texas Christian University. |
