British-born Richard Little has been Dovetail's Chairman since 2001. He joined the company in April 1999, initially as an investor, consultant, and Non-Executive Director. He has extensive experience in international financial systems markets and the management of entrepreneurial software companies. Richard founded Braid Systems in London in 1982, building it into an international group purchased by Mercator in 1999. Braid subsequently became the International Financial Sector division of Mercator. In his earlier career, Richard was a Sales Representative for Burroughs and Sales Manager for the British microcomputer manufacturer, RAIR. Richard holds an M.A. in English Literature and Oriental Studies from Cambridge University, UK. A former rower and marathon runner, he is also a keen skier. |
