Mr. Lutenski is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Ariel Holdings, Ltd., a Bermuda-based company engaged primarily in underwriting reinsurance through operating subsidiaries in Bermuda and the UK. Prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer of RAM Holdings Ltd., a financial guaranty reinsurance company from May 2004 to September 2007, and Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of RISC Ventures LLC, an investment and advisory firm that specializes in assessing and developing reinsurance and capital markets solutions to complex risk issues from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Lutenski has previously held senior positions in a number of companies in the insurance, reinsurance and financial guaranty business, including Chief Financial Officer of Enhance Financial Services Group until 2001 and Crum & Foster Insurance Group until 1999. |
