Richard holds a B.S. in Education from Edinboro University and has instructed for the Penn State College of Business Administration. He oversees all course development for McKissock, Inc. and has personally authored extensive course texts and supplemental materials. Additionally, he is responsible for the recruiting and retention of our staff of instructors. |
