Mr. Messina was elected to the Board in November 2005 and elected Co-Chairman of the Board in January 2007. Mr. Messina founded The Benchmark Company LLC a securities broker-dealer in 1988. Benchmark operates out of offices in New York Boston and Denver and is primarily engaged in equity research sales and trading on behalf of institutional clients. Mr. Messina currently serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Benchmark. |
