Richard Mizuno has over 20 years of consulting and business experience across multiple industries including oil & gas, chemicals, manufacturing, consumer products and oilfield services. Since the late 1980�s, he has assisted clients successfully accomplish large scale technology and organizational change, including several enterprise-wide efforts for Fortune 500 companies. Richard specializes in project and program management, program planning, process redesign, change management, business case determination and approaches for attaining value from enterprise applications. He joined EnterSys Group in 2003 and served as Managing Partner of the firm from 2004 to 2006. Richard has played instrumental roles in the delivery of SAP related initiatives for oil & gas, oilfield services and manufacturing companies including: Baker Hughes, Bayer, Cameron, Exxon, FMC Technologies, Monsanto and Noble Drilling. Prior to EnterSys Group he worked in manufacturing for Gillette and as a director with Deloitte Consulting. He is a past member of APICS, IIE, AIPE and PMI. Richard holds a Bachelor�s Degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master�s Degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon. |
