Rick Morrow represents for-profit and non-profit developers in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and management of affordable housing. He has extensive experience counseling developers, lenders and syndicators with respect to Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HUD/FHA multifamily loans, HOME financing, HTF financing, HUD's Section 8 rental assistance programs, tax-exempt bonds, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan programs, as well as other state and federal affordable housing programs. Additionally, he represents a variety of traditional real estate investors and developers in connection with the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate, including raw land, retail shopping centers, office buildings and single, multi-family and mixed-use developments. His experience also includes complex real estate borrowing and lending, including acquisition financing, construction and development loans, permanent financing, and loan restructuring, workouts and foreclosures, as well as assisting landlords and tenants in all types of leasing activities, including preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, ground leases and agreements pertaining to telecommunication facilities.
