Rich Mosher became General Counsel of SNOCAP in 2006. Prior to SNOCAP, Mosher served for 5 years as General Counsel at Intellisync, a leading provider of platform independent wireless messaging and mobile software company. Rich oversaw all aspects of Intellisync's worldwide legal function including SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, mergers and acquisitions, technology and software licensing, and management of the company's intellectual property portfolio. In addition, Rich was a lead representative on behalf of Intellisync for the company's acquisition by Nokia in 2006. Prior to Intellisync, Rich was an associate with the law firm Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley where his practice focused on the representation of corporate clients. Rich holds a juris doctorate from the University of Pacific's McGeorge School of Law and a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of California at San Diego. |
