Richard Noffsinger has 20 years of information technology (IT) and healthcare experience. He previously served as president and chief operating officer of Amicore, Inc., a healthcare information technology company. Amicore was jointly founded by Microsoft, IBM, and Pfizer to serve physicians and clinical management by automating their practice and connecting them to patients, hospitals, payers, labs and pharmacies. Prior to Amicore, Noffsinger served as group industry manager, worldwide healthcare market for the Microsoft Corporation, where he led the company�s business development team in healthcare. While he was at Microsoft, he directed the healthcare group�s revenue growth through acquisitions and strategic distribution partnerships with leading IT solution providers, including the joint launch of Amicore. He received his BA in Business Administration from The University of Washington in Seattle. |
